We commission productions, license finished work, maintain rights and release records, and handle distribution to retail platforms. Delivery used to mean email threads and file transfer links. Large video masters, contributor paperwork and submission status are now handled through our app instead.
A submission is more than a file. The app keeps the file, its details, its paperwork and its review status together in one record.
Large files upload in chunks with automatic retry. An interrupted connection picks up where it left off, and an upload can be cancelled at any time.
Each delivery includes its title, description, tags, attached stills and contributor credits, so submissions arrive ready for review.
Identity and release documentation is photographed in the app, uploaded directly to secured storage and removed from the device. Document expiry dates are tracked and flagged in advance.
Every submission shows its current state: received, in review or live. Rejected submissions include a written reason and can be corrected and resubmitted.
Accounts are created for contracted creators only. There is no public registration. Invitations are sent by email.
