Privacy Policy
Effective June 11, 2026. PSC Creators is a private, invite-only delivery tool for contracted content creators. This policy describes what the app and service collect and how it is handled.
What we collect
- Account information: your email address, display name, and password (stored only as a salted hash).
- Content you deliver: videos, photos, titles, descriptions, and tags you submit, stored in access-controlled cloud storage.
- Compliance documentation: identity and release documentation you capture in the app as required by your contract. Names and dates of birth in these records are encrypted at rest; the documents themselves are captured in-app, uploaded directly to secured storage, and immediately removed from your device. They are never viewable in the app afterward, and every administrative access to them is logged.
- Operational records: sign-in events and submission activity, kept as an audit trail.
What we don't do
- No analytics SDKs, ad trackers, or third-party data sharing.
- No selling of personal information, ever.
- No access to your photo library beyond the items you explicitly pick.
Retention
Delivered content is retained for the duration of the working relationship. Compliance documentation is retained as required by applicable record-keeping law. You may request account deletion in the app or by email; compliance records required by law are retained per their statutory period and disclosed retention rules.
Security
Transport encryption (TLS) everywhere; encrypted storage for sensitive fields; uploads use short-lived, narrowly-scoped credentials; administrative access is authenticated with two factors and audited.
